Autoshipment

Can I add other items to my autoshipment order?

Yes, as long as they are added before the autoshipment is sent out. We try to send an email out a couple of weeks ahead of time to give you a reminder to send in your requests.

Do you extend terms?

At this time, we do not extend terms (net 10, net 30, etc).  For online orders, payment is by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Paypal. BLOCK Magazine autoship orders require a credit card on file; they cannot be processed through Paypal. Similarly, any order sent submitted to us by phone or email require a valid credit card on file.

Do you send other items by autoshipment?

We only offer BLOCK Magazine by autoshipment at this time. However, we generally send out an email a couple of weeks before the autoshipment ships out and give you the opportunity to email us anything you want to add to your order. This also means that we will never ship anything to you that you don’t ask for and we don’t require you to take anything else by autoshipment in order to receive BLOCK Magazine.

Does the autoship program require a contract?

No. You can cancel or adjust your autoshipment amount at any time. Just fill out the autoshipment form and we’ll get it updated.

How much does shipping cost?

Wholesale shipping costs are flat rates depending on your order size:

  • US orders less than $150 – Ship for $10
  • US orders greater than $150 – Ship for $20
  • International orders less than $150 – Ship for $35
  • International orders greater than $150 – Ship for $50

Retail shipping specials, free shipping days or other retail promotions do not apply to wholesale orders.

When will my autoshipment order be sent?

As soon as the releasing issue is sent from our publisher to our warehouse, we ship them out. Sometimes the dates vary depending on the vicissitudes of the publication process, which is why we don’t have a specific set date when releasing.

Where can I see if I’m signed up for BLOCK Magazine autoshipment?

Email us, “wholesale@missouriquiltco.com“. We’re working on getting more online functionality for our wholesale partners so this can be checked online.

Are there minimum order quantities?

Do you wholesale fabric?

Unfortunately we do not. We wholesale a lot of things but we do not distribute or wholesale precuts, fabrics, and notions not made by us.

Do you wholesale your templates?

We do, view our selection of TEMPLATES.  To order, add the item to your cart at missouriquiltco.com as usual. If you’re part of the MSQC wholesale family and the wholesale minimum quantity is met, wholesale price will be reflected in your cart.

We require a copy of your state resale license for our files before you can become an MSQC wholesale partner. You can mail it, scan & email it, or fax it. NOTE: Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, and Oregon do not collect sales tax, so if you live in any of those states then we do NOT require a resale license from you. We do, however, require some documentation that you are in business selling quilting products, fabric, or some other similar enterprise to set up a wholesale account.

If you are an international customer, we do require your resale license number and some documentation indicating that you are in business as a quilt shop or similar enterprise in order to set up a wholesale account. Generally a copy of your business license will do. Please provide a translation of the relevant text.

What is a Resale License?

A state resale license is issued by the state in which you do business and registers you as a wholesale business with your state tax agency. This permit is called different things in different states. For example, the California license is called a Seller’s Permit issued by the State Board of Equalization. In New York, it’s called a Certificate of Authority issued by the Department of Taxation and Finance.

A Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN) is not sufficient for setting up a wholesale account. We require the resale permit number issued by your State tax agency. If you live in a state that does not collect sales tax, like Alaska or Oregon, we will accept your city business license. For international customers, the number of the business license you have in your country is sufficient.

Even if a wholesale customer is only selling products wholesale (and not retail, so therefore is not charging or collecting sales tax), we still require a wholesale customer to have resale license to make wholesale purchases.

For California wholesale customers, we need a signed copy of the Resale Certificate form in our office for wholesale accounts.

ALL OTHER STATES:

We need a hard copy of your State Resale License on file in our office. Email it to wholesale@missouriquiltco.com. A scan or simply a clear, legible image will do. If your state does not charge sales tax, (Alaska, Delaware, Oregon, New Hampshire, or Montana, for example) then it will probably issue some type of Business License that will serve the same purpose. If you are registered MSQC wholesale partner, simply place the minimum order quantity of a wholesale item in you cart on missouriquiltco.com and the wholesale pricing will be reflected. Then, checkout as normal and we’ll ship your wholesale items to you. Shipping will be charged according to your order size.

By Email

Alternatively, send us an email including:

  • Item Name
  • Item SKU
  • Quantity (make sure it meets the minimum).

By Phone

Or, call with that info and we’ll get your order placed.

NOTE: for us to place your order either by phone or email, you must have valid credit card information on file; we cannot place an order using Paypal.

Yes, We would be happy to get you set up with a wholesale account. Please email us at “wholesale@missouriquiltco.com” Make sure to attach your State Tax Permit or Federal Id and include basic information for shipping and contact, and payment methods. Once we have this information we can complete your request and send you more details. If you have any further questions please email or give us a call. I am an International customer; I do not have a resale license. What do you need from me?

We send out emails a couple of weeks before the magazine is printed to give you a heads up about what projects will be in the magazine and what templates will be used so you can be sure to have them in stock when your customers come looking for them.

Yes, one of our founders is from our frozen neighbor to the north. He comes down from the icy tundra to visit us in Hamilton pretty regularly.
